וְהָ֣יָה חֶ֗בֶל לִשְׁאֵרִ֛ית בֵּ֥ית יְהוּדָ֖ה עֲלֵיהֶ֣ם יִרְע֑וּן בְּבָתֵּ֣י אַשְׁקְל֗וֹן בָּעֶ֙רֶב֙ יִרְבָּצ֔וּן כִּ֧י יִפְקְדֵ֛ם יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם וְשָׁ֥ב שבותם [שְׁבִיתָֽם׃]
Und es wird ein Teil für den Überrest des Hauses Juda sein, worauf sie sich ernähren werden; In den Häusern Aschkelons sollen sie sich abends hinlegen; Denn der HERR, ihr Gott, wird an sie denken und ihre Gefangenschaft wenden.

And it shall be a lot for the remnant of the house of Judah And that border shall be a lot for the remnant. This חֶבֶל is an expression of a lot. In this manner, Jonathan rendered: And it shall be a lot for the remnant of the house of Judah.
