וַיֵּלְכ֡וּ וַיָּבֹאוּ֩ אֶל־מֹשֶׁ֨ה וְאֶֽל־אַהֲרֹ֜ן וְאֶל־כָּל־עֲדַ֧ת בְּנֵֽי־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אֶל־מִדְבַּ֥ר פָּארָ֖ן קָדֵ֑שָׁה וַיָּשִׁ֨יבוּ אוֹתָ֤ם דָּבָר֙ וְאֶת־כָּל־הָ֣עֵדָ֔ה וַיַּרְא֖וּם אֶת־פְּרִ֥י הָאָֽרֶץ׃
26. Sie kamen zu Mose, zu Aaron und zu der ganzen Gemeinde der Kinder Israel in die Wüste Paran nach Kades und brachten ihnen und der ganzen Gemeinde Antwort und zeigten ihnen die Frucht des Landes.

17 (Numb. 13:26-28) “Then they went and came unto Moses and unto Aaron…. And they recounted to him and said, ‘We came unto the land …. However [the people who dwell in the land] are strong….’”: Such is the way of those who recount slander. They open with what is good and finish with what is ill.

(Numb. 13:26-28) THEN THEY WENT AND CAME <UNTO MOSES AND UNTO AARON>…. AND THEY RECOUNTED TO HIM AND SAID: WE CAME <UNTO THE LAND>…. HOWEVER <THE PEOPLE WHO DWELL IN THE LAND> ARE STRONG….
