וּבִשְׁנַ֣ת אַחַ֗ת לְכ֙וֹרֶשׁ֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ פָּרַ֔ס לִכְל֥וֹת דְּבַר־יְהוָ֖ה מִפִּ֣י יִרְמְיָ֑ה הֵעִ֣יר יְהוָ֗ה אֶת־ר֙וּחַ֙ כֹּ֣רֶשׁ מֶֽלֶךְ־פָּרַ֔ס וַיַּֽעֲבֶר־קוֹל֙ בְּכָל־מַלְכוּת֔וֹ וְגַם־בְּמִכְתָּ֖ב לֵאמֹֽר׃
Im ersten Regierungsjahre des Cyrus, Königs von Persien — damit in Erfüllung gehen sollte die Verheißung des Herrn durch Jeremia — erweckte der Herr den Geist Cyrus, Königs von Persien, der in seinem Reiche ausrufen und auch schriftlich kundgeben ließ.

And in the first year of Koresh, king of Paras, at the consummation of the word of Jeremiah, the L rd roused the spirit of Koresh, king of Paras, and he proclaimed throughout his kingdom, and [he issued the proclamation] in writing, too:
