אִ֖ישׁ כְּמַתְּנַ֣ת יָד֑וֹ כְּבִרְכַּ֛ת יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֶ֖יךָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר נָֽתַן־לָֽךְ׃ (ס)
Jeder wird geben, wie er kann, nach dem Segen des HERRN, deines Gottes, den er dir gegeben hat.

MISHNAH: He who has many eaters and a small budget brings many well-being offerings and few elevation offerings. Few eaters and a large budget, he brings many elevation offerings and few well-being offerings134The meat of a well-being offering has to be consumed by the end of the following day. One has to avoid letting sacral meat become disqualified.. Both few, for this one it was said “one obolus, two silver coins.” Both ample, for this one it was said135Deut. 16:17., each man according to his means, corresponding to the blessing by the Eternal, your God, which He gave you.
