Bamidbar 11:8 Targum: Targum Jonathan & Targum Jerusalem

שָׁטוּ֩ הָעָ֨ם וְלָֽקְט֜וּ וְטָחֲנ֣וּ בָרֵחַ֗יִם א֤וֹ דָכוּ֙ בַּמְּדֹכָ֔ה וּבִשְּׁלוּ֙ בַּפָּר֔וּר וְעָשׂ֥וּ אֹת֖וֹ עֻג֑וֹת וְהָיָ֣ה טַעְמ֔וֹ כְּטַ֖עַם לְשַׁ֥ד הַשָּֽׁמֶן׃

Das Volk streifte umher, und sie sammelten und mahlten es auf der Mühle, oder stampften es in der Stampfe und kochten es in dem Topfe oder machten daraus Kuchen; und sein Geschmack glich dem Geschmacke des Markes von Öl.

Targum Jonathan on Numbers

And the wicked people looked about, and collected, and ground it in the mill. But he who would, bruised it in the mortar, or dressed it in the pot, or made cakes of it; and the taste of it was like the taste of cream covered with oil.
