Targum zu Dewarim 15:8

כִּֽי־פָתֹ֧חַ תִּפְתַּ֛ח אֶת־יָדְךָ֖ ל֑וֹ וְהַעֲבֵט֙ תַּעֲבִיטֶ֔נּוּ דֵּ֚י מַחְסֹר֔וֹ אֲשֶׁ֥ר יֶחְסַ֖ר לֽוֹ׃

aber du sollst ihm mit Sicherheit deine Hand öffnen und ihm mit Sicherheit genug für sein Bedürfnis in dem leihen, was er will.

but thou shalt open thy hand to him, and lend to him according to the measure of his want through which he is in need.
