וְרָאִ֣יתִי אָ֔נִי שֶׁיֵּ֥שׁ יִתְר֛וֹן לַֽחָכְמָ֖ה מִן־הַסִּכְל֑וּת כִּֽיתְר֥וֹן הָא֖וֹר מִן־הַחֹֽשֶׁךְ׃
Da sah ich wohl, dass die Weisheit einen Vorzug hat vor der Weisheit, wie das Licht einen Vorzug hat vor der Finsternis.
Aramaic Targum to Ecclesiastes
And I saw by the spirit of prophecy that there is an advantage to wisdom over folly, above the advantage of the light of the day over the darkness of night.
