וְסַבּ֥וֹתִֽי אֲנִ֖י לְיַאֵ֣שׁ אֶת־לִבִּ֑י עַ֚ל כָּל־הֶ֣עָמָ֔ל שֶׁעָמַ֖לְתִּי תַּ֥חַת הַשָּֽׁמֶשׁ׃
Da lenkte ich um in meinem Herzen, zu verzweifeln um alles Mühen, womit ich mich gemüht unter der Sonne.

And I turned about to despair respecting all my labour which laboured to acquire, and was wise to accomplish under the sun in this world.
