כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֥י תֵבֵ֖ל וְשֹׁ֣כְנֵי אָ֑רֶץ כִּנְשֹׂא־נֵ֤ס הָרִים֙ תִּרְא֔וּ וְכִתְקֹ֥עַ שׁוֹפָ֖ר תִּשְׁמָֽעוּ׃ (ס)
Alle Insassen des Erdenrundes und Bewohner der Erde! wenn das Panier erhoben wird auf den Bergen, werdet ihr es sehen, und wenn man in die Posaunen stößt, werdet ihr es hören.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
All ye inhabitants of the world, and ye dwellers on the earth, when the standard is lifted up on the mountains, ye shall see the standard, and the trumpet shall sound, ye shall hear of redemption.
