מֵקִים֙ דְּבַ֣ר עַבְדּ֔וֹ וַעֲצַ֥ת מַלְאָכָ֖יו יַשְׁלִ֑ים הָאֹמֵ֨ר לִירוּשָׁלִַ֜ם תּוּשָׁ֗ב וּלְעָרֵ֤י יְהוּדָה֙ תִּבָּנֶ֔ינָה וְחָרְבוֹתֶ֖יהָ אֲקוֹמֵֽם׃
Er bestätigt das Wort seines Knechtes, und den Beschluss seiner Gesandten erfüllt er; der zu Jerusalem spricht: Es werde bewohnt, und zu den Städten Jehudas: Sie werden erbaut, und ihre Trümmer werde ich aufrichten
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
That confirmeth the word of His righteous servants, and performeth the counsel of His messengers, that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and concerning the cities of the house of Judah, They shall be built; and her desolated places I will raise up.
