וְיָדְעוּ֙ הָעָ֣ם כֻּלּ֔וֹ אֶפְרַ֖יִם וְיוֹשֵׁ֣ב שֹׁמְר֑וֹן בְּגַאֲוָ֛ה וּבְגֹ֥דֶל לֵבָ֖ב לֵאמֹֽר׃
Dass es erfahren soll das Volk allzumal, Efraim und die Bewohner Samarias, die im Stolz und Hochmut sprechen:

The people, all of them have become great; Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria, that say in greatness and stoutness of heart,
