Targum zu Jeschijahu 28:17
וְשַׂמְתִּ֤י מִשְׁפָּט֙ לְקָ֔ו וּצְדָקָ֖ה לְמִשְׁקָ֑לֶת וְיָעָ֤ה בָרָד֙ מַחְסֵ֣ה כָזָ֔ב וְסֵ֥תֶר מַ֖יִם יִשְׁטֹֽפוּ׃
Ich mache das Recht zur Richtschnur und die Gerechtigkeit zum Wege. Der Hagel wird hinwegfegen die Zuflucht des Truges, und den Schirm vor den Fluten schwemmen diese fort.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
And I will make judgment straight as a line of a building, and justice as a plummet, because ye would hide yourselves. And my justice shall burn against the confidence of your lie; and because ye would hide yourselves from the coming distress, the nations shall lead you into captivity.
