וַיָּ֣קָם יוֹנָ֗ה וַיֵּ֛לֶךְ אֶל־נִֽינְוֶ֖ה כִּדְבַ֣ר יְהוָ֑ה וְנִֽינְוֵ֗ה הָיְתָ֤ה עִיר־גְּדוֹלָה֙ לֵֽאלֹהִ֔ים מַהֲלַ֖ךְ שְׁלֹ֥שֶׁת יָמִֽים׃
Jona machte sich auf und ging nach Ninive nach dem Befehl des Herrn. Ninive aber war eine sehr weitläufige Stadt, drei Tagereisen im Umfang.
Targum Jonathan on Jonah
And Jonah got up and went to Nineveh per the word of the LORD, and Nineveh was a big city before the LORD — a three-days’ walk across.
