נָע֤וּ עִוְרִים֙ בַּֽחוּצ֔וֹת נְגֹֽאֲל֖וּ בַּדָּ֑ם בְּלֹ֣א יֽוּכְל֔וּ יִגְּע֖וּ בִּלְבֻשֵׁיהֶֽם׃ (ס)
Sie wandern als Blinde auf den Straßen. Sie sind mit Blut verschmutzt, damit die Menschen ihre Kleider nicht berühren können.
Aramaic Targum to Lamentations
The blind wandered about in the markets, defiled with the blood of those slain by the sword and since they could notsee they touched their clothes.
