וּמִנְחָתוֹ֩ שְׁנֵ֨י עֶשְׂרֹנִ֜ים סֹ֣לֶת בְּלוּלָ֥ה בַשֶּׁ֛מֶן אִשֶּׁ֥ה לַיהוָ֖ה רֵ֣יחַ נִיחֹ֑חַ וְנִסְכֹּ֥ה יַ֖יִן רְבִיעִ֥ת הַהִֽין׃
Und das Speiseopfer dazu: Zwei Zehntel Kernmehl, eingerührt mit Öl, als Feuergabe dem Herrn zum Wohlgeruch, und dazu das Trankopfer an Wein ein Viertel Hin.
Targum Jonathan on Leviticus
and its mincha, two tenths of flour, mingled with olive oil, for an oblation to the Name of the Lord, to be received with acceptance; and its libation, wine of grapes, the fourth of a hin.
