וְהֵסִ֥יר אֶת־מֻרְאָת֖וֹ בְּנֹצָתָ֑הּ וְהִשְׁלִ֨יךְ אֹתָ֜הּ אֵ֤צֶל הַמִּזְבֵּ֙חַ֙ קֵ֔דְמָה אֶל־מְק֖וֹם הַדָּֽשֶׁן׃
Davon sondere er den Kopf ab sammt den Federn daran und werfe ihn neben den Altar gegen Osten, an die Stelle wo die Asche liegt.
Targum Jonathan on Leviticus
And he shall remove its gullet and the contents thereof, and throw it by the eastern side of the altar in the place where they burn the cinders.

And he shall remove its ventricle with the dung, and throw it by, on the east of the altar at the place where the cinders are emptied.
