וּמִיַּ֣ד בֶּן־נֵכָ֗ר לֹ֥א תַקְרִ֛יבוּ אֶת־לֶ֥חֶם אֱלֹהֵיכֶ֖ם מִכָּל־אֵ֑לֶּה כִּ֣י מָשְׁחָתָ֤ם בָּהֶם֙ מ֣וּם בָּ֔ם לֹ֥א יֵרָצ֖וּ לָכֶֽם׃ (פ)
Auch von der Hand eines Ausländers sollt ihr das Opfer des Herrn nicht darbringen aus allen diesen; denn ihre Verstümmelung ist ein Gebrechen an ihnen, sie werden daher nicht gnädig aufgenommen.
Targum Jonathan on Leviticus
And from the hand of a son of the Gentiles you shall not offer the oblation of your God of any of these, because their corruption is in them; a blemish is in them, they are profane, they shall not be acceptable for you.
