מִ֭שֵּׂתוֹ יָג֣וּרוּ אֵלִ֑ים מִ֝שְּׁבָרִ֗ים יִתְחַטָּֽאוּ׃
When he raiseth himself up, the mighty are afraid; by reason of despair they are beside themselves.
