Halakhah for Proverbs 11:17
גֹּמֵ֣ל נַ֭פְשׁוֹ אִ֣ישׁ חָ֑סֶד וְעֹכֵ֥ר שְׁ֝אֵר֗וֹ אַכְזָרִֽי׃
The merciful man doeth good to his own soul; But he that is cruel troubleth his own flesh.
