Reference for Proverbs 11:10

בְּט֣וּב צַ֭דִּיקִים תַּעֲלֹ֣ץ קִרְיָ֑ה וּבַאֲבֹ֖ד רְשָׁעִ֣ים רִנָּֽה׃

When it goeth well with the righteous, the city rejoiceth; And when the wicked perish, there is joy.
