Reference for Proverbs 11:11

בְּבִרְכַּ֣ת יְ֭שָׁרִים תָּר֣וּם קָ֑רֶת וּבְפִ֥י רְ֝שָׁעִ֗ים תֵּהָרֵֽס׃

By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted; But it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.
