בָּז־לְרֵעֵ֥הוּ חֲסַר־לֵ֑ב וְאִ֖ישׁ תְּבוּנ֣וֹת יַחֲרִֽישׁ׃

He that despiseth his neighbour lacketh understanding; But a man of discernment holdeth his peace.
