Targum for Isaiah 28:23
הַאֲזִ֥ינוּ וְשִׁמְע֖וּ קוֹלִ֑י הַקְשִׁ֥יבוּ וְשִׁמְע֖וּ אִמְרָתִֽי׃
Give ye ear, and hear my voice; attend, and hear my speech.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
The prophet said, Listen to, and hear my voice, turn and hear my word.
