Targum for Isaiah 28:24

הֲכֹ֣ל הַיּ֔וֹם יַחֲרֹ֥שׁ הַחֹרֵ֖שׁ לִזְרֹ֑עַ יְפַתַּ֥ח וִֽישַׂדֵּ֖ד אַדְמָתֽוֹ׃

Is the plowman never done with plowing to sow, With the opening and harrowing of his ground?

The prophets prophesied at all times in order to teach, if peradventure the ears of sinners might be opened, and receive instruction.
