Targum for Isaiah 9:15

וַיִּֽהְי֛וּ מְאַשְּׁרֵ֥י הָֽעָם־הַזֶּ֖ה מַתְעִ֑ים וּמְאֻשָּׁרָ֖יו מְבֻלָּעִֽים׃

For they that lead this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.

And those that praise this people cause them to err, and their princes swallow them up.
