Targum for Numbers 33:15

וַיִּסְע֖וּ מֵרְפִידִ֑ם וַֽיַּחֲנ֖וּ בְּמִדְבַּ֥ר סִינָֽי׃

And they journeyed from Rephidim, and pitched in the wilderness of Sinai.
