Targum sobre Deuteronómio 9:13

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֣י לֵאמֹ֑ר רָאִ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֥ה עַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹ֖רֶף הֽוּא׃

Y hablóme SEÑOR, diciendo:  He visto ese pueblo, y he aquí, que él es pueblo duro de cerviz:

And the Lord spake to me saying, the sin of this people is revealed before Me, and behold this people is hard-necked:
