אֱדַ֙יִן֙ נְבוּכַדְנֶצַּ֣ר מַלְכָּ֔א תְּוַ֖הּ וְקָ֣ם בְּהִתְבְּהָלָ֑ה עָנֵ֨ה וְאָמַ֜ר לְהַדָּֽבְר֗וֹהִי הֲלָא֩ גֻבְרִ֨ין תְּלָתָ֜א רְמֵ֤ינָא לְגוֹא־נוּרָא֙ מְכַפְּתִ֔ין עָנַ֤יִן וְאָמְרִין֙ לְמַלְכָּ֔א יַצִּיבָ֖א מַלְכָּֽא׃
Mais alors le roi Nabuchodonosor fut saisi de stupeur et se leva précipitamment; s’adressant à ses conseillers: "N’est-ce pas, s’écria-t-il, trois hommes que nous avons jetés, garrottés, dans le feu?" Ils répondirent et dirent au roi:" Assurément, ô roi!"
