וְאַחֲרֵ֤י הַשָּׁבֻעִים֙ שִׁשִּׁ֣ים וּשְׁנַ֔יִם יִכָּרֵ֥ת מָשִׁ֖יחַ וְאֵ֣ין ל֑וֹ וְהָעִ֨יר וְהַקֹּ֜דֶשׁ יַ֠שְׁחִית עַ֣ם נָגִ֤יד הַבָּא֙ וְקִצּ֣וֹ בַשֶּׁ֔טֶף וְעַד֙ קֵ֣ץ מִלְחָמָ֔ה נֶחֱרֶ֖צֶת שֹׁמֵמֽוֹת׃
Et après ces soixante-deux semaines, un oint sera supprimé, sans avoir [de successeur légitime], la ville et le sanctuaire seront ruinés par le peuple d’un souverain à venir; finalement celui-ci sera violemment emporté, mais jusqu’à la fin séviront la guerre et les dévastations.
