וְהִגְבִּ֥יר בְּרִ֛ית לָרַבִּ֖ים שָׁב֣וּעַ אֶחָ֑ד וַחֲצִ֨י הַשָּׁב֜וּעַ יַשְׁבִּ֣ית ׀ זֶ֣בַח וּמִנְחָ֗ה וְעַ֨ל כְּנַ֤ף שִׁקּוּצִים֙ מְשֹׁמֵ֔ם וְעַד־כָּלָה֙ וְנֶ֣חֱרָצָ֔ה תִּתַּ֖ךְ עַל־שֹׁמֵֽם׃ (פ)
Pendant une semaine, il fera prédominer son alliance avec un grand nombre, et pendant une demi-semaine, il abolira sacrifices et oblations et [placera] sur le flanc [de l’autel] d’horribles abominations, jusqu’à ce qu’un arrêt de destruction s’abatte sur l’auteur de ces horreurs.
