וְעֵ֣ין אֱלָהֲהֹ֗ם הֲוָת֙ עַל־שָׂבֵ֣י יְהוּדָיֵ֔א וְלָא־בַטִּ֣לוּ הִמּ֔וֹ עַד־טַעְמָ֖א לְדָרְיָ֣וֶשׁ יְהָ֑ךְ וֶאֱדַ֛יִן יְתִיב֥וּן נִשְׁתְּוָנָ֖א עַל־דְּנָֽה׃ (פ)
Mais la protection de Dieu s’étendait sur les anciens des Judéens, et on ne les empêcha pas de continuer avant qu’un rapport parvînt à Darius et qu’on leur retournât une réponse écrite sur cette affaire.
