Tel l’homme affamé qui s’imagine, en rêvant, qu’il mange, s’il se réveille, a l’estomac creux; tel l’homme altéré de soif, qui croit, en rêve, qu’il boit, s’il se réveille, se sent épuisé et a le gosier sec, telle sera la foule de ces peuples qui vont au combat contre la montagne de Sion.

והנה And behold. The word חלום dream, is usually followed by והנה and behold, or as if; the subject to the following אׄכֵל is רָעֵב the hungry.
