וּבַל־יֹאמַ֥ר שָׁכֵ֖ן חָלִ֑יתִי הָעָ֛ם הַיֹּשֵׁ֥ב בָּ֖הּ נְשֻׂ֥א עָוֺֽן׃

Et aucun habitant ne pourra dire: "J’ai éprouvé du mal." Le peuple qui réside à Jérusalem a obtenu le pardon de ses péchés.

Rashi on Isaiah

And the neighbor shall not say (I.e., the neighbor of) Israel.

Ibn Ezra on Isaiah

And the inhabitant of Zion shall not say again, I am sick; for all the people shall be forgiven their iniquity.
