הִנֵּה־נָ֭א עָרַ֣כְתִּי מִשְׁפָּ֑ט יָ֝דַ֗עְתִּי כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י אֶצְדָּֽק׃

Voyez, j’ai préparé ma défense, j’ai conscience d’être innocent.

I have set up judgement [I have prepared] my case. I have arranged my arguments in my heart viz. what to answer.
