וּמָ֣ה אֶֽ֭עֱשֶׂה כִּֽי־יָק֣וּם אֵ֑ל וְכִֽי־יִ֝פְקֹ֗ד מָ֣ה אֲשִׁיבֶֽנּוּ׃

Et qu’aurais-je fait si Dieu fût intervenu, qu’aurais-je répondu s’il m’eût demandé des comptes?

then what will I do etc. I took this to heart, and when He visits, what will I answer Him?
