כִּ֤י נֹ֨כַח ׀ עֵינֵ֣י יְ֭הוָה דַּרְכֵי־אִ֑ישׁ וְֽכָל־מַעְגְּלֹתָ֥יו מְפַלֵּֽס׃
Car l’Éternel a les yeux fixés sur les voies de l’homme, il observe la trace de tous ses pas.

For man’s ways are opposite the Lord’s eyes, and He weighs, etc. He weighs his ways and knows how many sins and how many merits he has.
