כֹּ֣ה אָמַ֗ר כֹּ֚רֶשׁ מֶ֣לֶךְ פָּרַ֔ס כֹּ֚ל מַמְלְכ֣וֹת הָאָ֔רֶץ נָ֣תַן לִ֔י יְהוָ֖ה אֱלֹהֵ֣י הַשָּׁמָ֑יִם וְהֽוּא־פָקַ֤ד עָלַי֙ לִבְנֽוֹת־ל֣וֹ בַ֔יִת בִּירוּשָׁלִַ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֥ר בִּֽיהוּדָֽה׃
"Ainsi parle Cyrus, roi de Perse: L’Éternel, Dieu du ciel, m’a mis entre les mains tous les royaumes de la terre, et c’est lui qui m’a donné mission de lui bâtir un temple à Jérusalem, qui est en Judée.
II Chronicles
"Thus says Koresh, king of Paras: All the kingdoms of the earth have been given me by the L rd, the G d of the heavens. And He has commanded me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Whoever of you is [(one)] of all His people, may the L rd his G d be with him, and let him go up!"
