Targoum sur La Genèse 35:17

וַיְהִ֥י בְהַקְשֹׁתָ֖הּ בְּלִדְתָּ֑הּ וַתֹּ֨אמֶר לָ֤הּ הַמְיַלֶּ֙דֶת֙ אַל־תִּ֣ירְאִ֔י כִּֽי־גַם־זֶ֥ה לָ֖ךְ בֵּֽן׃

Comme elle était en proie aux douleurs de cet enfantement, la sage femme lui dit: "Ne sois pas inquiète, car c’est encore un fils qui t’arrive."

And it was in the hardness of her travail that the midwife said to her, Fear not, for this also is to thee a male child.
