הַנּוֹתֵ֥ן רוֹזְנִ֖ים לְאָ֑יִן שֹׁ֥פְטֵי אֶ֖רֶץ כַּתֹּ֥הוּ עָשָֽׂה׃
C’est lui qui réduit les princes à néant, qui fait un rien des arbitres du monde.

Who gives princes over to weakness; the judges of the earth He bringeth to naught.
