Targoum sur Isaïe 44:18

לֹ֥א יָדְע֖וּ וְלֹ֣א יָבִ֑ינוּ כִּ֣י טַ֤ח מֵֽרְאוֹת֙ עֵֽינֵיהֶ֔ם מֵהַשְׂכִּ֖יל לִבֹּתָֽם׃

Ils ne savent pas, ils ne comprennent pas! Non, leur œil est trop obtus pour voir, leur cœur pour comprendre.

They know not, neither do they understand; for their eyes are closely shut up, so that they cannot see, and their heart, that they cannot understand.
