Targoum sur Isaïe 54:9
כִּי־מֵ֥י נֹ֙חַ֙ זֹ֣את לִ֔י אֲשֶׁ֣ר נִשְׁבַּ֗עְתִּי מֵעֲבֹ֥ר מֵי־נֹ֛חַ ע֖וֹד עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ כֵּ֥ן נִשְׁבַּ֛עְתִּי מִקְּצֹ֥ף עָלַ֖יִךְ וּמִגְּעָר־בָּֽךְ׃
Certes, je ferai en cela comme pour les eaux de Noé: de même que j’ai juré que le déluge de Noé ne désolerait plus la terre, ainsi je jure de ne plus m’irriter ni diriger des menaces contre toi.
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
This shall be before me as the days of Noah, when I swore by my WORD, that the waters of the deluge, which were in the days of Noah, shall no more pass over the earth; thus I swear by my WORD, that my anger shall not be hurled upon thee, neither will I reprove thee.
