הִנֵּ֞ה עֵינֵ֣י ׀ אֲדֹנָ֣י יְהוִ֗ה בַּמַּמְלָכָה֙ הַֽחַטָּאָ֔ה וְהִשְׁמַדְתִּ֣י אֹתָ֔הּ מֵעַ֖ל פְּנֵ֣י הָאֲדָמָ֑ה אֶ֗פֶס כִּ֠י לֹ֣א הַשְׁמֵ֥יד אַשְׁמִ֛יד אֶת־בֵּ֥ית יַעֲקֹ֖ב נְאֻם־יְהוָֽה׃
“Sesungguhnya, mata Tuhan Yang Mahakekal tertuju kepada kerajaan yang berdosa itu, dan Aku akan memusnahkannya dari muka tanah. Hanya saja, Aku tidak akan memusnahkan kaum Yakub sama sekali,” demikianlah firman Yang Mahakekal.
