וְעָמַ֛ד מִנֵּ֥צֶר שָׁרָשֶׁ֖יהָ כַּנּ֑וֹ וְיָבֹ֣א אֶל־הַחַ֗יִל וְיָבֹא֙ בְּמָעוֹז֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ הַצָּפ֔וֹן וְעָשָׂ֥ה בָהֶ֖ם וְהֶחֱזִֽיק׃
Kemudian seorang tunas dari akar-akarnya akan bangkit menggantikan kedudukannya. Ia akan datang menyerang tentara itu dan memasuki benteng raja Utara. Ia akan bertindak terhadap mereka dan menguasai mereka.
