וְכָרַתִּ֨י לָהֶ֤ם בְּרִית֙ בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֔וּא עִם־חַיַּ֤ת הַשָּׂדֶה֙ וְעִם־ע֣וֹף הַשָּׁמַ֔יִם וְרֶ֖מֶשׂ הָֽאֲדָמָ֑ה וְקֶ֨שֶׁת וְחֶ֤רֶב וּמִלְחָמָה֙ אֶשְׁבּ֣וֹר מִן־הָאָ֔רֶץ וְהִשְׁכַּבְתִּ֖ים לָבֶֽטַח׃
Pada hari itu Aku akan mengadakan perjanjian bagi mereka dengan binatang-binatang di padang, dengan burung-burung di langit, dan dengan binatang melata di tanah. Busur, pedang, dan peperangan akan Kuhancurkan dari negeri itu, dan Aku akan membuat mereka berbaring dengan aman.

“In that day, I will make a covenant with them, etc.” [2:20]. I will make peace between the wild animal and the birds. I will break the conflict with the sword and the bow, so that they should live in security.

with the beasts of the field for I will destroy harmful creatures from the world. And so Scripture states (Isa. 11:9): “They shall neither harm nor destroy etc.”
