לָכֵ֤ן ׀ ישיב [יָשׁ֣וּב] עַמּ֣וֹ הֲלֹ֑ם וּמֵ֥י מָ֝לֵ֗א יִמָּ֥צוּ לָֽמוֹ׃

Karena itu umat-Nya berbalik ke arah ini, dan air yang berlimpah mereka hirup sampai habis.

Rashi

Therefore, His people will return here Since His people sees that the way of the wicked prospers, they will return on the way of the wicked, to adopt their ways.
