כִּ֤י טֽוֹב־י֥וֹם בַּחֲצֵרֶ֗יךָ מֵ֫אָ֥לֶף בָּחַ֗רְתִּי הִ֭סְתּוֹפֵף בְּבֵ֣ית אֱלֹהַ֑י מִ֝דּ֗וּר בְּאָהֳלֵי־רֶֽשַׁע׃
Sebab satu hari di pelataran-pelataran-Mu lebih baik daripada seribu hari di tempat lain; aku lebih suka berdiri di ambang pintu rumah Allahku daripada diam di kemah-kemah kefasikan.
