וּבְשֶׁ֣טֶף עֹבֵ֔ר כָּלָ֖ה יַעֲשֶׂ֣ה מְקוֹמָ֑הּ וְאֹיְבָ֖יו יְרַדֶּף־חֹֽשֶׁךְ׃
Dengan banjir yang meluap Ia akan membinasakan tempatnya sama sekali, dan kegelapan akan mengejar musuh-musuh-Nya.
Rashi
He shall make a full end of its place—the place of the land. This refers back to “and the land raised up from before Him,” as is stated above.
