Dia akan meminjamkan kepadamu, tetapi engkau tidak akan meminjamkan kepadanya; dia akan menjadi kepala, sedangkan engkau akan menjadi ekor.

הוא יהיה לראש, “he shall become the head;” this is based on Proverbs 22,7, עבד לוה לאיש מלוה, “the borrower is a slave to the lender.”
