יַ֣עַן וּבְיַ֜עַן הִטְע֧וּ אֶת־עַמִּ֛י לֵאמֹ֥ר שָׁל֖וֹם וְאֵ֣ין שָׁל֑וֹם וְהוּא֙ בֹּ֣נֶה חַ֔יִץ וְהִנָּ֛ם טָחִ֥ים אֹת֖וֹ תָּפֵֽל׃
Sungguh, karena mereka telah menyesatkan umat-Ku dengan berkata: “Damai!”, padahal tidak ada damai. Umat itu membangun dinding penyekat yang tipis, dan lihatlah, mereka melaburnya dengan lepa yang rapuh.
