Kabbalah Yesaya 40:26: Zohar, Zohar Chadash, Sha'arei Orah & Ohr Ne'erav

Zohar

R. Simeon discoursed on the text: “Who is this (zoth) that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun and terrible as furnished with banners?” (S.S. 6, 10). He said: ‘The words “Who” and “This” denote the two worlds: the “Who” symbolizing the most supernal sphere, the unknowable beginning of all things, and “This” a lower sphere, the so-called “lower world”; and these two are indissolubly linked together.

Zohar

These are the lower Chariot group, for, after the ocean has drawn in all the waters it lets them out towards one side, namely, towards the lower Holy Chariots, giving them drink. Now, these are all numbered and noted by name, as we read: “He calleth them all by name” (Isa. 40, 26). Similarly, “These are the accounts of the tabernacle, even the tabernacle of the testimony”.’
